Abbey Manor offers an inviting entrance with a cozy, enclosed porch that leads into a large and attractively-appointed atrium-style living area where our senior living community residents can enjoy a cup of coffee, play dominoes, read a magazine, sing along with the piano, or relax together to watch the news or a classic movie.

Further within our care facility, the commons area leads into the dining room, which also opens into the kitchen. The scents of home-cooked meals emanate from the kitchen and entice everyone into the commons area for three generous, tasty meals: breakfast, lunch with a hot entree, and a light-fare supper featuring sandwiches, soups, and salads. There is also a patio where residents can relax outdoors when weather permits.

Each applicant is assessed for his or her level of care prior to admission. Based on the information received from the primary care physician and an assessment conducted by management or skilled nursing staff, a care plan is developed that is tailored to the resident’s needs.

We recommend that all families plan ahead for an eventual move of their family member or loved one to assisted living, but we also recognize that sometimes circumstances such as an illness or injury necessitate a streamlined approach.

Our caregivers work closely to help you accomplish the admission, move-in, and transition processes in a smooth and timely manner.
